Class: Legal Use of Force

Class Description

This is a USCCA class based on a section of their book “Concealed Carry and Home Defense”. In this class we discuss reasonable and deadly force, defense of your home and property, how a prosecutor may evaluate your case, and much more. This is a great class for those responsibly armed Americans (and those striving to be) that don’t mind taking an hour or so out of their day to understand in further detail legal use of force.

Curriculum Description

In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
