-For the first time in its history, Del-Tone hosted the annual FFA state trap and clay target shoot. Technically it was only half of the state shoot, as the other half was being held simultaneously in Marshall, MN. BUT we were still very happy to host this great group of young adults and FFA leaders from around the area.

-FFA chapters from New Ulm, Pierz, Dassel / Cokato, Oglvie, Eden Valley, St. Francis, & Foley came to St. Cloud to compete. The weather was not exactly perfect for this event, but a little rain was not enough to deter this tough bunch of shooters, who seemed to be impervious to the elements. It was a fun morning filled with good camaraderie, and good shooting, with several 25 straights posted, and one 50 straight as well.

-Thank you to Luke Becker for organizing this fun day, the other FFA leaders for getting your “kids” to Del-Tone, and to the ANVIL foundation for providing lunch. The pictures speak for themselves, as it would seem a good time was had by all.
