It was a lot of fun at Monticello this past Saturday, and back at Del-Tone on Sunday for the 2nd day of the Del-Monti. Seemingly always these days Mother Nature threatened to rain on our parade, but all in all it turned out to be a couple of pretty decent days to shoot. We would like to thank all of you who turned out for the event.
Congratulations to Randy Jones. He won the Veterans 2 day combined singles and handicap high all around with a score of 366 x 400. Nice shooting Randy!
Also congratulations to Scott Arvig, this years Del-Monti trophy winner, with a two day combined singles, handicap, and doubles score of 561 x 600.
Because this is a unique shoot that takes place at two different clubs on two different days, and the clubs use two different types of scoring software, it’s a tad challenging to post all the scores on Facebook. Our final registered shoot will be the 63rd STEER & CALF SHOOT on September 6th and 7th. Shoot either or both days for your chance to win a beautifully engraved working replica of an 1851 colt navy revolver, 5 ounce silver bar, genuine Morgan silver dollars from the 1800’s, and crisp $50 bills.
